Booking and Cancellation Terms
Please read the following terms carefully before making a booking.
1. Booking Confirmation
Your booking will be confirmed immediately via email after completion. Please check the information in your confirmation email (service name, date, time, and location) for accuracy.
2. Booking Cancellation
- Free Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for free without any charge if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
- How to Cancel: Cancellations can be made via the link in your booking confirmation email or by contacting the partner shop directly.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours: If you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment time, or fail to show up (No-Show), the shop reserves the right to charge the full service fee for your next booking, or according to the shop's individual policy.
3. Rescheduling
If you wish to reschedule, please cancel your original booking (following the 24-hour condition) and make a new booking for your preferred date and time through our website.
4. Late Arrivals
For the best experience for all customers, please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the shop reserves the right to cancel your booking so as not to affect other clients' schedules.
